Estimated delivery times are:

• Outside Europe: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other local charges may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

To qualify for a return, products must:
